Dial in Directory

So I am assigning new non-did numbers to all of my call center agents. What I would like to do is configure a number that can be dialed from anywhere and then allow that person to enter the 5 digit non-did number of the agent and have Call Manager route that call.

I am currently running CUCM 8.6. Any direction would be appreciated.

Thanks,

If you have CUC, simply configure a call handler with a DID and ask them to enter the DN of the agent

Just a note that it is not supported to send calls to ACD lines directly as that can throw off the ACD functionality.  You would need separate DN on the phones for this purpose.
