SFE2000 has 100% CPU Utilization

I am using an SFE2000 in a small business setting.  With nothing going on, the switch is reporting 100% CPU utilization.  lcli usage is very sluggish.  We have been experiencing some slowdown on the network, and this could explain it.

The lights are not showing significant traffic, just the occasional broadcast. I put a sniffer on one of the most-used ports and found no unusual or significant traffic.  STP is off.  I have unplugged each port in turn with no effect.  There is only one other switch attached, an SFE1000P.  It's CPU utilization is 7%.  I have another SFE2000 at home (an Internet away) and it is working fine with more demanding configuration.

I was running 1.0.0.20 firmware, but upgraded to 3.0.2.0.  The problem existed before and after the upgrade.  The boot is 2.0.0.3.

Can't figure this one out.  Anyone have ideas?
