how to setup multiple customers using IPCC Enterprise suite in away that every customer should have his own reporting and system management, with limited servers infrastructure. and what is the setup will be in regard to:

ROUTER

CVP

CCM

Hi,

you may want to try to search for ICM Hosted.

UCC Enterprise might work too, setting up multiple instances, but I never tested this and might have issues.

ICM 7.1.4

CCM 4..2.3

CVP 3.1 With H323 Gatekeepeer and voice gateway.

Er... ICM 7.1 is already unsupported.

What you wrote is a UCCE. What you need is ICM Hosted.

You can sort of mimic a multi-tenant UCCE, too, but it's an advanced topic and I am not sure you have the necessary knowledge.
