Hi everybody,

I have a big problem with a router Cisco 2911 and BRI from Maroc Telecom.

I have this status for my BRI :

---------------------------

ISDN BRI0/0/0 interface

        dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3
        L2 Protocol = Q.921 0x0000  L3 Protocol(s) = CCM MANAGER 0x0003
    Layer 1 Status:
        ACTIVE
    Layer 2 Status:
        TEI = 78, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
    Layer 3 Status:
        0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
    Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0
    The Free Channel Mask:  0x80000003

%Q.931 is backhauled to CCM MANAGER 0x0003 on DSL 1. Layer 3 output may not apply

ISDN BRI0/0/1 interface
        dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3
        L2 Protocol = Q.921 0x0000  L3 Protocol(s) = CCM MANAGER 0x0003
    Layer 1 Status:
        ACTIVE
    Layer 2 Status:
        TEI = 78, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
    Layer 3 Status:
        0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
    Active dsl 1 CCBs = 0
    The Free Channel Mask:  0x80000003

%Q.931 is backhauled to CCM MANAGER 0x0003 on DSL 4. Layer 3 output may not apply

--------------------------------------

When i make an incoming call, i can't see the call incoming on my gateway with the command "debug isdn q931" and i have an ocupated ringtone on my phone.

My gateway have a "isdn switch-type basic-net3" on on my cucm, the gateway have the global isdn switch-type "EURO"

This configuration is operational on all my other place in france.

Do you think my problem is on the operator or on my configuration ?

If you are not getting anything at debug isdn q931 that means calls are not hitting to router itself. So it seems to be  service provider issue.

I hope you had enabled "term mon" after above debug command.
