Hello All,

call path:

SIP dialler----sip-trunk-------CUCM-------voice-gw/CUBE----ITSP

scenario:

1.Two sip sessions initiated from dialler one to customer and one to agent via CUCM

2.The two sip sessions are active and after 15 minutes; there are two re-INVITE comes from voice-gw; one reinvite for each sip session; 

3.There is no change in the session modification thought the SIP dialler responds to the reinvite;

4.After accepting the reinvite the audio (RTP) is not present;

In need of some help on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue;

And to find the root cause why the RTP path was missing after the reinvite;
