Hello,
I have a problem regarding BLF keys on my Cisco 509G phones.
It is supplied by HIPCOM the service and the BLF keys are not functioning on the phones.
I was wondering if anyone can advise at all?

hi, I hope you have gotten this working, but...
a couple things to check:
is your firmware on the phone recent? if not update it by downloading here https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=282724650&softwareid=282463651&release=7.5.7&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
your provider has to support multiple accounts and subscriptions. they should have a sample of a BLF config they have tested.
please post your function key setup this is probably under:
admin-advanced, phone --> line key <#> --> extended function

I also noticed Hipcom is a wholesale sip trunking provider, so they may not support BLF directly. I would check your support contact with them before doing a lot of troubleshooting.
you may need a call manager (asterisk, UC, etc) to support this feature with them.
