We are using UCCX 8.5 integrated with CUCM 8.6, recently we had problem with calls.
The call was cut during the conversation without any error message, sometimes the agents said that the voice volume is quite low.
It happened intermittenly and it is hard to trace.
Does anyone experience the similar problem or have some suggestion about what we should start to do the troubleshooting.
The topology is like below
Telco <-> voice gateway <-> our internal network <->Swtich <-> phone.
Also, the switch always has high CPU usage, but the high CPU usage has last for at least 1 year, the problem only happened recently.
