maximum delay time (latency) between UCCX and CM

Hello,

Can anybody tell me the Maximum allowable delay time between UCCX (unified contact center express) and CM(communication Manager)?

Hi Vicent,

The Maximum delay is 80 ms round trip time (RTT)
