Hi Guys,
I got an interesting issue for assurance 9.5 I just deployed OVA and then try to load license. License is loaded successfully, but I couldn't provison any other things. please the attachement. Only Administration Menu is available, and can only see the license status.
I did same fo prime provisoning but didn't encounter such issue. I can see other menu available.
Anything I missed?

For my case, I can only see the license report under Administration Menu.
Any other version is recommended to installed to sovle this issue?
Or any specific patch is available to sovle it? I even couldn't install more license or upgrade etc.

Hi Cherry,
you should have endpoint license L-PC-A-500-MA-LIC [for 500 mass endpoints] as well in addition to assurance .
Bug says u need to upgrade to 9.5(0.38292) but what I suggest u is to open TAC case.
