ASR 1002-x "Unnsupported boot device" error

I have not been able to get the ASR to accept/use the new IOS. Not sure what is wrong. Please review and advise.

boot bootstrap tftp asr1000-rommon.154-2r.S.pkg 255.255.255.255

Get rid of this line and save the config.  This is NOT the way to upgrade the bootstrap.  

 

To upgrade the bootstrap, use the command "upgrade rom file bootflash:asr1000-rommon.154-2r.S.pkg all".
