I have about 60 AP's connected to my WLAN controller and want to migrate these to Flexconnect. Do I have to manually changed each AP individually to FlexConnect or is there a way on the controller to configure them all in one easy way? I plan to establish new SSID's that will be used via FlexConnect and keep the two existing SSID's as central switched until all users are migrated to the new SSID's.
Thank you.

Unless you have a 7510 you can use the auto convert commad
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/7-6/command-reference/b_cr76/b_cr76_chapter_01011.html#wp2218723240
if you have a 5508 or other, than you will need to do each one manually.
But you can script it:
config ap mode flexconnect < ap name >
