Hi CCIE Trainee,

I suggest that you use a packet analyzer (wireshark) to evaluate step by step the reason for failure.

Usually this is associated with permissions in LDAP.

What system are you trying to integrate with LDAP?

Can you verify the ports on your AD. Make sure ports are allowed

***LDAP Ports
389/TCP
389/UDP

or better yet disable the firewall xD

Also, what device are you using that is using LDAP to add, what feature? :)
