i have one uccx 9.1 setup with cucm 9.1
in which i have below given script./
when i call the main trigger number it rings and play IVR and if agent available it transfer to agent...
but untill agent not pickup the call it is giving moh tone not the ring tone....
i want to remove this moh tone and keep the ringtone so that caller can hear ringback tone when call forward to client...
can someone help me how can do this and fix this moh issue?
Hi - Can you please check the Call Control Group configuration in UCCX whether you have configured any MOH over there.
Check Call Manager Enterprise/Service paramter if any defualt MOH is enabled.
