I have a Cisco RV220W with an 8x8 VoIP phone system behind it. My phone system is routing calls to the wrong extension and the 8x8 folks have blamed it on the Cisco router. They say that the RV series tend to assign same ports to the phones and that they tend to move ports around so the phones don't ring. Is this true? If so, is there anything I can do in the router to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.
