We have a CUCM 9.1.2.
The IP phone can access the Corporate Directory, We can make search usin the first and last name. But cannot call the finded user when pressing the button Dial.
And also When pressin the edit dial, it is blank.
We've tested also with a CIPC and still doesn't work.
We've make a search by Number but no result.
I send in attach the result of the search.
What should be the reason, and is there any solution?
Try this for one of end users , go to user management - end user - select one of users - make sure from first and last name , write down the DN of this user at "telephone number" - save. Then try to search for this user and dial using on phones which able to find names not on CIPC .
