7841 IP Phones are automatically changing the time

Hi,

Currently running UCM 9.1.2 cluster.

We are having facing a problem related to time change on the 7841 IP Phones. These phones timing changes automatically and after some time they will revert back to the currect time. But other model IP phones are doesn't have this problem.

 The existing firmware on 7841 is : Sip78xx.10-1-1-9.

 help me out!!!

Are you using Asia/Kolkata timezone? If so, it looks like you are hitting this. CSCup96272 - 78xx phone displaying wrong time for Asia/Kolkata Timezone

 

You need to open a TAC case and request for the ES load perhaps, where this bug is fixed. Else you'll have to wait for the next major release.
