Click2Call Replacement?

Is anyone aware of a click2call replacement applicaiton? Cisco branded or aftermarket?

Since they removed click2call we are looking for a replacement. Any input would be appreciated.

supposely the idea are that click2call are part of Cucilync and Jabber, but somewhere the C2C for Word are gone missing and Firefox as well.

furthermore regarding the supported browser versions, are they having a laugh?

So we don't want to use CUCILync as it's going away/eol soon and Jabber isn't an option at this time. The desired goal is to be able to click any tel number on the PC and have it dial out the desk phone.
