I want to setup a range of Call Park numbers to be used by a department's main number. However, I want all phones that call that number internal or external to get a CP number withing that range. We are on CUCM 8.5.1. Can this be done?

Thanks

Can you help me with the configuration?

Hello

1- Lets select range of numbers which will be used for call park , just you have to select numbers without any overlapping w.

2-Go to CUCM- call routing - direct call part - Add new "type call park number or range" , the select your CUCM IP , you can do redundancy to select other range and select your 2n CUCM IP , and so on .

3-Test , just drop call , from any number to any number , then answer call , the do park , be aware that a call park number will appear on your IP phone screen., then try to get the call from other ext by dial the call park number

If you any additional help , let me and i can share with you screenshots
