Cisco SPA5252 IMAGE CRC Error

When I try to update my Cisco SPA525G2 (currently on 7.5.5) to 7.5.6 I get the following error:

IMAGE CRC Error

I also tried upgrading by using the following url:
192.168.0.101/admin/upgrade?http://<ip>/cisco/firmware.bin

where the firmware file originally was named:
spa525g-7-5-6.bin

Another issue that is ocurring somtimes is after populating the attendant console, the phone performs a factory reset.

We are using the SPA525G2 as a stand-alone SIP phone, I tried to manage it using CCA, but I am unable to authenticate for whatever reason (cisco cisco, admin admin and other variations did not work)

How can I force an firmware upgrade, or is there something else wrong?

Wrong forum. It has nothing to do with XML Phone Applications. Please delete it here and recreate in more appropriate forum: SPA IP Phones

In the meantime - download the file from http://<ip>/cisco/firmware.bin by self. Compare the file downloaded with original spa525g-7-5-6.bin. Are the same ? Check MD5 of the file - it should be

MD5 (spa525g-7-5-6.bin) = 860a2bdac1a9e6129e0612718069dfd5

What's current firmware of the phone in question ?

Note - as long as you consider to manage phone using CCA you can't manage it locally at the same time. So you can't login to management UI.
