Hello

I have a RV042 router and I can not access to a domain from my LAN.

I already go to System Management / Diagnostic and DNS Name Lookup is able to resolve it return ip address for that domain but we can not access from any computer in the LAN.

I also disable firewalls in computers but there is no access to that domain.

Domain is available and working becase I'm able to access it at home.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

If it works from the diagnostic menu of the router that means the DNS on the WAN interface of the router is correctly configured and working. If the PC cannot resolve it, than you should check the IP of the DNS configured on the PC.

you can issue from cmd the command:    nslookup [the domain]     in order to see to which DNS IP this request is addressed and what is the answer.

Regards,

Kremena
