Where are you forwarding to? PSTN? What do you have for gateway trunks - H323/SIP? Are you able to call the destination directly? Where are you testing from - IP Phone/PSTN?

thanks for your reply  - i have h323 trunks.  i am able to call the destination directly just fine.  i am testing from an IP phone
