For the given number,
the dial-peer will match is:
dial-peer voice 1001 pots corlist outgoing localcalls description "Local Calls" preference 1 destination-pattern 9[1-8][^0][^0].... port 0/0/1 forward-digits 7 no sip-register
and it will match the port 0/0/1, but port 0/0/1 doesnt looks to be configured to me.
voice-port 0/0/1
can you configure the port, or try changing dial-peer to point to port 0/0/0
regards

Hello
Try to use port 0/0/0 instead of 0/0/1 because your configuration is under port 0/0/0 and for sure you do not have any circuit connect to 0/0/1 as the below:-
dial-peer voice 1001 pots
corlist outgoing localcalls
description "Local Calls"
preference 1
destination-pattern 9[1-8][^0][^0]....
port 0/0/0
forward-digits 7
