I might be missing something obvious but can find anything in the doc or the forum related to this.
I have an IT helpdesk on UCCX 10 with finesse.
The Supervisor can force an agent status to "not ready" from "ready" as there is a "ready" button in the "Team Performance" gadget.
But we need to give the Supervisor the ability to do the opposite: force an agent status to "not ready" (i.e. in case an agent left his/her desk without changing his/her status).
The supervisor can log and agent off but this is not what we want as the agent then has to log back in.
Is it a permission issue or we need to change the "Team Performance" gadget ?
