Currently i have done 2 separate version of Jabber and same issue. We are running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I currently have Jabber 9.7.4 running. Occasionally and without warning the client will close down. The only way you can tell is when you go to use the program it vanishes from your task bar and you have to open it up again.
Anyone know what could be causing this?

It probably will be some driver issue. Would suggest you create a PRT and open a TAC case.

This may be a stupid question, but, how do you open a TAC case on Jabber? I mean it has no serial number. Do i submit it under our CM?

You could use your CM contracts to open TAC case but choose the Jabber team.
