I have a 48 port 2960 cisco switch what the things must to connect to the network, and user can connect by this switch?

below is my basic configuration ,

I can ping default gateway and can ping vmps server as well,

but if i connect any pc to it PC not fetching any IP

What should i do additionally to make it work

Do you have a DHCP server? You should statically set a VLAN that will route through your core and get to the DHCP server as well. IP helper address may be needed.
