Adding Unified CM and registered endpoints to TMS

I'm going over the steps in the TMS admin guide for adding CUCM and registered endpoints. One of the first steps is "Create an application user for Cisco TMS following the steps described in Cisco Unified Communication Manager Configuration Guide for the Cisco TelePresence System." The link for this guide points here http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/cucm_cts/cucm_cts_admin_book/guide/cucm_cts_admin.pdf.

I can't for the life of me find any reference to creating a CUCM application user in this guide. Am I missing something?

Yeah it's not in there. But you create this user in CUCM under User Management > Application User.

Depending on your CUCM version the 'user group' referenced may actually be called/termed an 'Access Control Group'. I think this changed in CUCM 9.1 or so.

The references to assigning the rooms and endpoints mean Device Association to the application user in the Application User page, not Owner ID on the Device > Phone page.
