E1 R2 Line Code Errors

Hello,

I have an E1 R2 with and Telco in Brazil.

This E1 is generating a lot of Line Code Errors and Path Code Errors.

When i make an loop on this E1 i dont have any errors.

We have another router with other E1 R2 from another Telco, if i switch the E1s, the first E1 is generating errors on the other router.

We put a new a router a e1 module and cable and not solves the issue.

The Telco says that its ok.

I try to change the line code to AMI but the E1 dont come up, follow the config:

controller E1 0/2/0
 framing NO-CRC4
 line-termination 75-ohm
 ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-31 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
 cas-custom 0
  country brazil
  metering
  answer-signal group-b 1
  dnis-digits min 1 max 4

I think the problem is not on our side.

We can send and receive calls in this e1 but the call are dropping when the E1 is increasing the errors

What debug can i see the Telco disconnecting the call?

Hi ,

Check earthing at your end.

Also, try giving physical or software loop from E1 card and ask Telco to check for any errors.

Looks like your box is not synchronized with your provider.

When slip occurs your calls are dropped.
