CIsco Jabber to VCS call is failing

Hi all,

Good day!

May we ask for your expertise for jabber as it cannot connect to VCS. The call ring once then dropped and we have received disconnection cause value 41 from CDR. IP phone to VCS and jabber to IP phone are working.
