CCM Traces error

Hi Everybody,

 

We have an application called Iagent, it works as Cisco CAD for Call Center. Sometimes agents went logged off from the application. and when I check the CCM Traces I found the following errors.

ext. 5152

MAC: SEP002155D60237

time of getting logged off: 12:02

I am not sure what these errors mean. attached the traces.

Hi Mohamed,

Both of the above trace snippets are not related to agent logout issue. You need to check the traces for the exact time stamp when the issue is reported, detailed CTI manager traces would also be needed.

Hi Mohamed,

I did not find the time stamp ( 12:02 ) in the CTI traces that you uploaded.

For such issues you should gather all of the following:

time stamp

mac addr

detailed ccm traces from all servers

detailed cti manager traces from all servers
