Phone registration

Hi ,

we have a remote site, and there is H323 voice gateway at that site, this gateway is behind the firewall, we implement firewall rules in the firewall, the phones start getting IP address from the dhcp, all TCP , UDP ports are open from the firewall side, we have to do factory reset to make the phones registered, can anyone tell me why? also if the router get reloaded we have to do factory reset again to make the phones registered.

What is the phone trying to - CUCM or CME? Have you turned off SCCP/SIP inspections?

Thank you George for your replay, we have CUCM, the phone model is 7962. 

I will check the with firewall to turn off SCCP/SIP inspection. I will let you know when am done.
