Hello,
we have a Cisco 3560G Series and moved the Switch into another 19 Inch rack.
After we plugged in into power, the Switch does not boot.
Only the SYST LED lights permanent.
No reaction of plugin a networkcable.
No reaction in putty, black Screen,
No reaction in Telnet, because Ports are down.
Can someone help?
is the Switch gone defect?

If you are getting no response on your console cable with a known working setup then yes most likely you have a hardware issue and will have to get it replaced. Plug into a known working switch and make sure you can manage it , if so then it should work on the suspect 3560 , if you see nothing then the switch has failed in some form .

i contacted Cisco TAC, the Switch has still warranty.
