Hi all,
I have a strange issue with our jabber clients listing results from all of our OUs rather than the only one we specified. I have set up LDAP sync in both CUC and CUCM and when I perform a full sync, the synced users are correct. Our physical phones display the directory contacts properly too. It is only in the windows Jabber client that the contact search results show everyone in other OUs. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out how to fix this issue. Thanks!

Read the Configure Cisco Jabber chapter for how to configure the jabber-config.xml file and formatting, and the directory chapter for the tags you require for directory integration that go in the .xml

Did you configure the OUs you wanted to look at in the .xml file??

I actually have no idea where the xml resides. Would you mind pointing me to it? Or helping me create one.
