Slow PERFORMANCE with PAT and Port Forwarding (Router 2921)

Hello everyone!

Here is simple topology.

I have very slow internet connection thru the router. And FTP server unbelievable slow for access from internet.

Hi,

Please correct me if I'm wrong, should not you defined only the ftp server ip address in the access list tied to the ip nat service?, please try to do a simple configuration and see if it works, example:

access-list 1 permit host 192.168.1.135
ip nat service list 1 ftp tcp port 1600

Hi, Aref. Thanks for attention, I don't think it reasonable.

I was playing around with Dialer 0 interface and by removing that strings:

no ppp pfc local request
no ppp pfc remote apply

( cause I have no idea what does it mean ) I got it working properly.
