SNS Login Error

Hi All,

 

Has anyone seen the below error before when trying to login to the SNS server?

We are using LDAP Accounts and not even the local super user account works.

 

The only way to gain access to the SNS page now is to login to DMM and select SNS from the DMM admin page.

Every login attempt to the show and share will involve a redirect to DMM and back to SNS after authentication.

SNS doesn't support browser Proxy.

Looks the error message is from your proxy. Have you tried disabling proxy and test.
