Hello,

If I have a solution with multiple sites.

Site A with a CUCM, UCCX primary, Unity Connection, gateway (PRI)

Site B with a CUCM, UCCX secondary and Unity Connection, gateway (PRI)

CAC is configured

AAR is not configured

What happen if :

A call cames from gateway (PRI) in site B for the contact center and no bandwitdth between site B and site A is available ?

Is this consider as :

-  busy and the CUCM will follow the call forward busy of the Telephony trigger (CTI Route Point), if not busy call forward configured, the customer will hear a busy signal

- or consider failure and the CUCM will follow the call forward on falire of the of the Telephony trigger (CTI Route Point), if not configured the customer will hear a "fast busy signal".

Thanks

It is considered out of bandwidth if CAC is configured and call will follow AAR routing as that is what you have configured, so call will attempt to be re-routed to the AAR destination of the CTI RP.

Thanks for the answer but could you tell me if the customer will hear a busy tone or a fast busy tone ?
