Whenever the user is using their headset and the headset button is lit green, when pressing the CONF or TRANSFER softkeys, the phone just places the call on hold and does not provide a dial-tone.
If pushing CONF or TRANSFER while on handset or speaker, it works normally.

You should mention what phone model (and FW) you're using, and what headset, if you expect any assistance.

Hi,
what kind of phones you have ?
I have a similar issue with 7941/7942/7970/7945. it was a bug with phone firmware.
you need only to upgrade to firmware 9.4(2).

Sorry about that.
I am using 79XX with the 9-3-2 firmware.
Upgraded to new firmware and issue is now resolved.
