Threshold violation on Portchannel

I created port channel between 3750 ME and 3750-X, using MM fiber, but getting an error message

%SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Gi2/1/1: Rx power high warning; Operating value: -1.6 dBm, Threshold value: -3.0 dBm.

Please suggest how can I fix this

Hello.

Try to replace SFP module and fiber cable.

Please provide "show int trans de" from both sides.

What is the length (and type) of fiber cable you are using?
