How to Download Cisco Operating Systems, and What is the procedure for doing that ???

You'll need an active smartnet contract associated to the SN of the appliance that you're wanting to download them for. Once you have that, you simply log in and go to the Support tab and Downloads.

Do you mean from Cisco? If so, do you have a support contract for the equipment you want to update?

Or, do you mean actual process for upgrading the IOS on a device? If so, process can vary a bit by device. It should be documented on Cisco's main site.
