I am seeing this problem on a DX-650 with latest 10.2.23 firmware occassionally.
I'm usually on a phone call when this happens so it freezes and hangs up the call, not doing anything but a phone call and no extra apps, etc installed on phone.
First is box with "Phone isn't responding , Do you want to close it? and buttons WAIT, Report Problem, and OK"
Then next window is "Unfortunately, Phone has stopped" and even when I choose Report Problem on first message window above.

Cisco has brought out a newer firmware which solves a lot of bugs..The new firware if sipdx650.10-2-3-26.
Download the firmware from here with your cisco account:

I'm having this exact same problem but I'm already running sipdx650.10-2-3-26 I'm assuming this is a bug which I hope Cisco already knows about and has fixed.
Does anybody know when the next version of DX650 code it set to be released? Or does anybody know of a bug ID for the OP?

Hi ,
i have this same problema with Dx650 firmware sipdx650.10-2-5-215 and sipdx650.10-2-5-212.
When i receive a call and press transfer softkey or hardkey , phone show me "unfortunately, phone has stopped" and then call becomes on Hold.
My CUCM is 11.0.1.22900-14
Some phone transfer , some dont
Can someone help me?
