WLC 5760 - Wireless Clients cant reach any Network Devices Behind WLC

Hi,

I have 2 WLC 5760 in HA mode (Stacked), Now Clients cant reach any Network devices behind WLC, WPA2 is configured on WLAN, Clients get ip address from attached MS DHCP server. But cant reach (ping) Default GW (cisco 6513), Cant reach WLAN interface on WLC.

The problem resolved after issuing - Redundancy Force-switch over command on the active device. This happened two months ago and yesterday as well.

Any suggestions, thoughts , advice Please.

Did you reach TAC ? this could be a bug

As the clients are not able to ping the default gateway also. It must be a outing issue. You need to configure the default gateway manually on the clients and check.
