Error message

Our phone system will not allow us to make calls out. We can receive calls in and use all of the internal features, but when we try to make a call it says "forbben"  I need someone to help me figure out this problem. Were a very small business and we need to be able to make calls out.

We have a Cisco IP Phone SPA508G.

 

We tried  rebooting the whole system and we were able to make one phone call before it quit working again. We tried to reboot the system again and that time it did not work, we couldn't make a call without getting the error message. I would welcome any advice or help.
