Dear All,
currently i try to register ata 187 on CME.
when i debug tftp event, i keep searching for the firmware:

i already have the firmware in my flash:

do i miss something?

Looks like you havent defined the phone and DN:
voice register pool 1
id mac XX:XX:XX:XX
type ATA-187
number 1 dn 1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
!
voice register dn 1
number XX
name Fax
label Fax
!
Once you make these changes do create config under voice register global.
See below link for detailed configuration to register a SIP device - Its for 9971 but ATA setup will be quite similar:

Hi,
Try alias option like below
tftp-server flash:/ATAF025727846D4.cnf.xml alias ATAF025727846D4.cnf.xml
tftp-server flash:/ATA25727846D401.cnf.xml alias ATA25727846D401.cnf.xml
Check this like as well.
