Can anyone tell me if a NIC (Intel I217-LM) is compatible with the CAD in UCCX 9.0.2?
The CSD gets an error when trying to use the Voice Monitoring on two specific agents.

Basically I have never found a NIC that doesn't work with this. I know there probably are some... best test is see if wireshark can see the traffic with a properly configured active phone.

+2, I've never had a NIC not work, but I've had NICs where I had to make slight tweaks to the driver or used a new driver. Wireshark will get your to a resolution a lot faster than anything else.
