Quick and easy one hopefully:

Can PCD assist with migrating CUCM 8.6 to an existing live CUCM 10.5 ? Suspect not but fingers crossed :)

No, the migration process means a NEW (blank OVAs) 10.x cluster will be installed by PCD to then transfer the information.

Only upgrade files are available under downloads at cisco.com, fresh install ISO only comes with the 10.x media kit you need to order via PUT
