Alert address intrusion and shutdown the port of switch

Hello,

I need your advice and your help.
My company wants to set up a mechanism to detect PCs connected on catch and which are not allowed.
the goal is to identify these ports and shutedown their ports of the switch
Do you have an idea about the configuration set up on equipment cisco if not, I think of IDS intrusion but I don't know its principle operating what do you advise me

you can used dot1x port authentication.
