Solved: Auto-Generated "Global Learned" Partitions UCM 10.5

Does anyone know what the intended use of the following baked in partitions are:

Global Learned E164 Numbers
Global Learned E164 Patterns
Global Learned Enterprise Numbers
Global Learned Enterprise Pattern

These are created during the installation of UCM 10.5 and I would like to understand how they can best be used.

Hi.

Those partitions are automatically created by CUCM to put learned pattern through ILS.
