Recorded greetings in Cisco Unity is not playing

Hi all,

 I use Cisco Unity Connection 10.0.1 for the voicemail usages of y customers. But there's a wierd problem it seems appearing on the system. When existing users are recording their Alternate greetings it's not playing when you phone in the number (both from intra, cross cluster or public dial). Although when you voice browse the direct dial number of the voicemail pilot in CUCM and login to voicemail profile, you hear the correct greetings recorded! Unity Connection is integrated with CUCM 8.5, can anyone please help?

Did u validate if the alternate greeting is enabled, if this is enabled it will override the standard greetings, does it play the standard greeting when u dial in is this the issue ?
