ASA AnyConnect Web Portal Issue

Good Afternoon chaps,

Come across a strange issue at the office the other day, what happens is;

Access the web portal thats used to download and install the anyconnect client, enter user creds, it has a think and it spits you back to the log in page.

On the ASA via ASDM we can see the user connected under "Clientless" and also the Radius logs show a successful connection.

Had a check through the config, everything looks fine, the AnyConnect client still works as it should. It's just the web portal.

The ASA is running 8.4(7) Anyconnect image 3.1.05182-k9

Issue is affecting all browsers, IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

Any one ever come across this or have any idea's on troubleshooting?

Tried a debug, but again, it looks like a successful connection on the ASA.

mind is blown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise, i'm tempted to schedule an out of hours reload.

Almost the same problem.

We do not see the user connected "Clientless".

We also have version 8.4(7). Anyconnect image is 3.1.06073. Installation does not start.

Anyconnect with already installed client is working fine.

Maybe it is the upgrade from 8.2(1). Not sure but it worked on 8.2(1)

Have you tried to upgrade Java to the newest version? if you have the newest version of java, have you tried downgrading it?

Also have you made sure you have the web deployment AnyConnect package installed on the ASA and not the pre-deployment package?
