Hi Guys,
I tryind configuration voice mail in CUE, but, don´t working. I am doing the follow test:
I do external call to xxxx.5507 that is configurated call forward no answer and call forward busy. The DN is idle, and when the call try transfer to Pilot 5000, I receive the busy tone. The same problem occur when the user to do internal call.
Follow part configuration:

What happens when you call 5000 from an internal phone? Have you configured the ccn trigger and sip subsystem within CUE?

Hi Francisco,
Thank You for your contact. Now is working. We review again the configuration and found two erros:
The destination-pattern in dial-peer was configured to CME not CUE
In the CUE the pilot was created with another number.
