Participant is disconnected suddenly from conference room

I have a MCU 5320 and some endpoints SX20, SX80, MX800...

When I create a meeting room on the MCU, some or all participants are disconnected suddenly after 30 -> 60 minutes.

Are there any people having a solution for the issue?

Do you have some more information about your setup, the more verbose the better, like

how is your deployment, do you have any kind of call control or a direct call setup?

What protocol do you use, sip, h323? which software versions do you run?

How does the network setup look like, how is the call flow?

 

In general such kind of disconnects are often caused by NAT routers, firewalls, ALGs, ...

short everything what tries to mangle with the h323 or sip communication

I use only H.323 protocol to call direct from MCU to Endpoints.

MCU version is 4.5

Endpoints version is TC 7.1
